Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through thetitanprime.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same business day, provided the item is in stock. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST, or on weekends and federal holidays, are processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Titan Prime Peptides ships within the contiguous United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on order size, weight, and destination.

- Expedited options available at checkout where applicable
Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping thresholds, if active, are displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking data to populate after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Domestic Shipping Only
Titan Prime Peptides currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Out-of-Stock Items
If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated restock timeframe. You may cancel any unshipped portion of your order at any time prior to fulfillment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue.
Titan Prime Peptides is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for reshipping or refund. Please review your address carefully before completing checkout.
