Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the research-use-only nature of our products and strict chain-of-custody requirements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time prior to fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at evexiapeptides@gmail.com with your order number. We process orders quickly — contact us as soon as possible.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement in the following situations:

  • Your order was confirmed by the carrier as lost in transit
  • Your order arrived with verifiably damaged packaging that compromises product integrity (photo documentation required)
  • You received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our part
  • Your payment was processed but your order was never fulfilled

To initiate a claim, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments) with your order number and supporting documentation.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Typographical & Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or data error, Titan Prime Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel the affected order regardless of whether confirmation was issued. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
